shipping, returns & refunds

We offer secure, worldwide shipping to deliver your one-of-a-kind piece safely to your door - completely for free. Each artwork is carefully packaged to preserve its pristine condition. We are happy to provide a refund or replacement if anything goes wrong, or if your artwork arrives damaged within 90 days after ordering. If you want a complete refund for some reason, we do have to revoke your proof of authenthicity of course.

re-selling your new design

Every one/one artwork comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, verifying that your piece is an original one/one. if you are the original collector (basically, the first person to buy this artwork) you will also receive a certificate of ownership.

If you want, you can keep this design online on our site, so we can sell it to others for you. If you choose to do so, you will earn a 10% royalty on any sale we make of your design.

your royalty fee will be paid out directly using your preferred method of payment.

furthermore, you can do whatever you like with the design; print it yourself, sell it yourself or let others use it. it's completely up to you.

what if my artwork arrives and I don’t love it?

We want you to feel inspired by your piece. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 90 days to return it for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.

a design I like comes with a re-sell fee and doesn't include 'certificate of ownership'?

This means someone else has bought the design and became the owner. They are allowing others to buy their design, but request a fee for doing so.

what about shipping—do you offer it for free?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Every artwork is carefully packaged for protection and delivered straight to your door.

We aim to process and ship your artwork within 2-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

Europe & UK: 5-10 business days
USA & Canada: 7-12 business days
Rest of the world: 10-15 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your piece is on its way.

why does one/one never use capital letters?

this was an idea of our designer... most of us at the office are annoyed as well.

what if my artwork arrives damaged?

We take care to protect your piece, but if damage occurs during delivery, simply send us a photo and we’ll send a replacement—free of charge.

do I have to resell my design?

No, not at all! Once you buy a one/one print as a first-buyer, you'll be the owner of the canvas ánd the design. You decide whether you want us to re-sell your design, or remain the only one in the world with your design.

if someone else buys this design again, do I get paid?

Yes, you can! Each one/one artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity & Ownership if you are the first-buyer.

If you want, we can keep selling this design, and add a "re-seller" fee to others who fall in love with your design.

do the colors of the artwork match with my screen?

We use professionally calibrated printers to ensure color accuracy. While slight variations may occur due to screen settings, we guarantee a rich, true-to-life finish on every piece.

how do I hang my artwork?

Every piece arrives ready to hang, with a secure, pre-installed hanging system. All you need is a nail or screw to display your exclusive artwork.

can I request a custom size?
